Oak and Metal Staircase; A Neat & Attractive Staircase Design
Oak Staircase With Black Metal Spindles; A Professional Staircase Aesthetic
Black metal spindles lend this staircase design a refined aesthetic as the matt black tone of the spindles complements the warm colour of the wood. This simple yet effective colour scheme comfortably suits the interior of this modern Dorset property where the interior is bright and uncomplicated. For an extra flare, the client has opted for dual feature end steps. These twin D-end steps have been left uncarpeted, a smart decision as it reveals more of the familiar oak texture present throughout the handrails, stringers and newel posts. This complete design makes the most of the available space with a return balustrade and quarter landing. The treads and risers under the carpet have been made from whitewood to save on cost for a more affordable but no less luxurious finish.
Smart Mix of Carpeted Stairs And Exposed Oak Stair Parts
Pleased with the finished staircase, the end client said: “We selected Pear Stairs on recommendation from a friend and opted for the solid oak strings, newels and black metal spindles. The delivery driver was on time, careful and very helpful. When it came to install our fitters commented on the quality of the build as compared to other suppliers products in the past. Now carpeted these stairs are a stunning wow factor in our new hallway, we are very pleased with the finished result, we would recommend Pear Stairs to anyone.”
